Hanford Reach to the Pacific

I just finished paddling from above the Hanford Reach to Cascade Locks and had an amazing trip.  For those of you wanting to paddle the Columbia River portion of the trail it's well worth the time and effort.  Next week I'll be paddling the lower Columbia River Water Trail.  If anyone has any advice on great places to camp I'd appreciate it.

Re: Hanford Reach to the Pacific

Cool! I'm planning to paddle for 2-3 weeks on the Columbia next month with my son. How long did it take you to get from the Hanford Reach to Cascade Locks? What is the wind like this time of year? Did you find adequate food and camping available along the way? Did you go through locks? If you used a guide, which one and was it helpful?

Thanks,
